There is no difference between static pepper and Yanqi pepper. Hejing pepper and Yanqi pepper belong to peppers planted in Hejing County and Yanqi County of Xinjiang. The peppers planted in the two places are all Yanqi meat peppers. Commonly known as pig large intestine pepper, the color is red and bright, the pepper is fat, the meat is thick, and it is fragrant but not spicy. It is mainly used to mix spicy skin noodles and make Chili sauce with unique taste.
