Life tutor
In one's life, there must always be one or several mentors who can lead you or guide you. They can make you lose your way, firm your way forward, enrich your heart, make your soul interesting and clear your mind. I'm lucky to have several.

First place: menstruation, who is not my mother's sister, has been pulling me forward when I need help most and when I am at my lowest ebb. She will point out what I did well and what I am sure I didn't do well, which will make me lose my way. When I am constantly improving and growing, all my difficulties and puzzles are gradually solved, and my life and career are also constantly solved.

Second place: Miss Sophie, she is the golden key to my study. With her example, my reading has gradually accumulated, and I know what dream I want to realize. I know and feel the power that reading brings me.

Third place: my master, let's stop talking! He showed me a man who is full of contradictions, strong, compassionate and kind, who has read a lot of poems but wants to get rid of the world of mortals. He is proficient in Buddhism, secular and simple, and often asks me, "Did you study today?"

Fourth place: My master, my yoga master, and the founder of Five Elements Meridian Yoga, Kate Yeung, changed my eating habits and living habits, and more importantly, changed my views on many things.

Fortunately, there are four mentors in my life who give me strength, support, guidance and a clear vision on the road of confusion, so what can I think of? Turn around.
