Taekwondo double ring system method
1. Align the midpoint of the belt with the midpoint in front of the abdomen of the transverse fracture line of the hip bone, with the navel around, thumb up, four points down, palm inward, slide backward along the belt, and press back after overlapping.

2. Right hand indoors, left hand outdoors, exchange belts with both hands and slide forward.

3. From one end of the right belt to the midpoint, the right hand holds the three-layer overlapping belt along the midpoint, and the left hand holds one end of the outer belt and passes through the three-layer belt from bottom to inside.

4. Pull your hand evenly and forcefully to the proper tightness.
