1. Personal data form filled out by the applicant himself, and four recent photo certificates with the same background and white background.

3. Five copies of the applicant's guarantee letter issued by the work unit, with the signature and official seal of the person in charge in the letter.

4. The applicant must provide the original deposit certificate of more than 30,000 yuan.

5. Copy of automobile production or real estate.

6. Copy of passbook or statement of account * (with transaction records for at least half a year, with a balance of not less than 10000 yuan)

7. The business license must have an annual inspection stamp and be stamped with the official seal of the unit.

8. Copy of the applicant's ID card and household registration book.

9. Couples must provide a copy of marriage certificate when they go together.

10. Copies of the applicant's retirement certificate and temporary residence permit shall be provided.

1 1. If the applicant is a student, the student consent form issued by the school must be provided. (The fake letter must be approved by the person in charge of the school and stamped by the school).

12. If the applicant is a child under the age of 18, a notarial certificate must be provided. Unilateral child care should also provide notarization and entrustment of relatives, and must indicate the date of travel. Parents should also indicate the date of travel.

13. The notarial certificate must be certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
