If you want to lose weight, the first step is dieting. When I say diet, I don't mean not eating. I want to eat regularly and quantitatively. Just set an amount that won't make you fat. As the saying goes, "if you don't advance, you will fall back." This sentence also applies to losing weight!
Step two, exercise is the best way to lose weight (everyone knows, so don't nag)!
The third step is to eat more fruits and vegetables and drink some tea and drinks (non-drugs) that can lose weight.
