Last night, I rushed back to my hometown with my classmates overnight to express my condolences to my classmates who just died young. It's already past one o'clock in the morning, and we talked to the classmate who arrived early about his illness. Everyone is crying.

Everyone talked until after two o'clock in the morning before going back to their rooms to sleep. I seldom stay in a hotel outside, but I always feel that the mattresses and pillows in the hotel are too soft, so it is better to live at home.

I didn't sleep well all night. Originally, everyone agreed to get up late in the morning and get up at eight o'clock. But I woke up at half past six and couldn't sleep. I wanted to sleep for another hour, but I still couldn't sleep after lying in bed for more than 40 minutes.

Why not get up and run for a kilometer? Get up at 7: 30, warm up, run downstairs and see if there is a breakfast shop in Regan Noodles nearby.

Take a rest in the afternoon or evening and see what happens before running. Lack of sleep is really harmful to your health.
