Therefore, in the future running practice, I will carefully do the warm movements and running posture exercises before running, and try to control my heart rate within the heart rate range with the pace of running every time. The data may be inaccurate sometimes, but my feelings are very real. After 50 days, I was full of energy, unhurried, and even spoke louder and louder. I used to feel like I was going to die after running 3 kilometers, but now I feel like I have spare capacity after running 10 kilometers.
