4. Right-click and select Delete or Clear Contents or All.

Columns can be deleted in a similar way, although some tables can also be deleted.

Fourth, paste it as a value or text again.

1. Click the triangle in the upper left corner of the table.

2. After selecting everything, right-click and select Copy.
