How do graduate students lose weight?
The thinnest time is at the beginning. Yes, I am getting fatter and fatter. Maybe it's because I ate McDonald's in America for three months one year, which is different from that in Europe and America, so I was thinner there. I still lose 10 kg of eggs and corn every day, plus gym exercise and dancing, I lose 10 kg in ten days, a little oatmeal every day, and play games at other times. The main obstacles to my slimming are overeating and disorder of work and rest. I heard that I am busy during my graduate school, and my favorite problem may be alleviated. I don't like eating in essence, but sometimes I feel very idle. Eating has become an entertainment to kill time and make yourself feel better. If I stay at home during the holidays, I will eat everything I can eat at home, although I don't like it. Work and rest are disordered, especially during holidays. Now I sleep during the day and wake up at night, mainly because I want to indulge, because I have to start working hard to leave home and my comfort zone at once.
