Horizontal bar installation tutorial:
(1) The outdoor horizontal pole is convenient and stable to install, and can be directly installed on the ground. So plan the installation location first. The horizontal bar must be empty within 1.5 meters. The distance between horizontal rods is 130 cm. So it is also 130 cm between two points on the ground. Then use a pick or hoe to dig a hole with a length of 100 cm and a width of 40 cm with this point as the center.
(2) The depth is 80 cm. Then prepare for the vertical horizontal bar. Use 4 bamboo poles or other poles with a length of 2.5 meters. Tied to both ends of the cross arm respectively. Be careful that the rope is not too tight. It is best to tie one end of the rope to the bamboo pole and the other end to the cross arm. Keep the living allowance. Then erect a horizontal bar in the dug pit. Note that the positions of the four bamboo poles are relative. Adjust the foot of the bamboo pole and change the top of the horizontal bar to be eccentric and straight. Make a rough adjustment.
(3) Roughly determine verticality and levelness with eyes. Then use the hanging cone to vertically calibrate the horizontal bar column from four directions. Horizontal correction can refer to the lateral edges of nearby houses or the roofs of houses. At the same time, it is corrected by changing the fulcrum of four bamboo poles. At the same time, other rods can also be used to complete the correction. After the calibration is completed, concrete can be mixed and poured.
(4) When pouring concrete, the position of the column should be started to prevent the concrete from impacting and changing the position of the column. At the same time, the concrete is vibrated with wooden sticks or others, and the uniform structure achieves the purpose of firmness. The height of concrete is slightly higher than the ground by about 3 cm to prevent it from rusting due to water immersion. After the concrete pouring is completed, the final vertical calibration inspection will be carried out. Correction can be made before the concrete sets. Complete the operation after confirmation. After protection and maintenance, it can be used in 5 days.
