Ingredients (1 serving): 1 slice of chicken breast (about 250g), 1 egg, 1/2 salad, 1/2 apples, 2 tablespoons cashews.

Sauce seasoning: vegetable oil 1 2 tsp, rice wine 1 2 tsp, salt12 tsp, mustard sauce1tsp, honey1tsp, salt and pepper14 tsp.

Exercise:

1. Chicken breast is marinated with eggs, vegetable oil, rice wine and salt 15 minutes.

2. Put it in the oven and bake it at 250 degrees for 20 minutes until the meat is cooked and the fragrance floats out.

3. Cool the chicken, cut it into long strips, salad and apples, and put it in a big bowl.
