(4) Close your lips: When the corners of your mouth are tense, close your lips slowly. Hold 10 second when rounded lips feel together.
(5) Keep smiling for 30 seconds. Repeat this action about 3 times.
(6) Gently bite the wooden chopsticks with the front teeth. Aim the corners of your mouth at the wooden chopsticks, with both sides inclined, and observe whether the connecting lines at both ends of your lips are on the same level with the wooden chopsticks. Keep this state 10 second. In the first state, after gently pulling out the wooden chopsticks, practice keeping that state.

Beautiful sitting posture is very important for flight attendants, especially in social situations, we should pay attention to the basic posture of sitting and sitting.
