Broken pine nuts
1. Material: a piece of Basha fish, pine nuts, corn, carrots, green beans, cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, raw flour, onion, ginger and garlic.
2. Dice Basha fish and marinate with cooking wine, pepper, salt and corn flour 10 minute. Ingredients: onion, ginger, garlic, diced carrots, corn kernels and pine nuts.
3. Pour oil into the pot, add pine nuts and stir-fry until fragrant, then add vector oil to quickly fry the fish until cooked, and take it out for later use.
4. Stir-fry the onion, ginger and garlic with the remaining base oil in the pot, add diced carrots and corn kernels, and finally add pine nuts, minced fish, cooking wine, soy sauce, salt and chicken essence to taste, and then serve.
