Analysis: In our daily work and summary, we met a large number of users whose programs were popped up or minimized in full-screen or window games. After investigation, we found that such problems were caused by other processes jumping out of the background. It may be a plug-in, an assistant or even a virus, or it may be a user's software. Operation:
Group policy: modify group policy gpedit.msc- computer configuration-management template-network -qos packet scheduler-limit the bandwidth that can be reserved-enable-set the value to "0".
