Open the photo you want to melt, select the sky layer, click the third button below the layer panel to add a mask, and use "Apply Image" in the "Image" menu in the toolbar above.

To make it more harmonious, press ctrl+M (curve) to increase the black-and-white contrast of the mask, hold down ctrl and click the mask (load selection), then click the Expand command in the Modify menu to expand 1 pixel, and then fill the selection with pure white.
