Is there a fairy, a recipe, and a plan to lose weight for a week?
I don't eat whole grains, sugar, carbonate and starch. I eat less protein. I only eat vegetables, meat and beans. I never stop eating snacks. I never exercise twice a day. I lie in bed every day except eating. I lost 3 pounds in a month, and I got used to it at first because of hypoglycemia and dizziness.
