Kundalini yoga hanging method
Still hovering, fully presented.

In this issue, I will introduce you to the Kundalini yoga hanging method, which I call: magic hanging method, also called presence method.

Master Kundalini believes that there is a space between our inhalation and exhalation. Yogi Bhajan calls it "zero space", which means everything goes back to zero. The proper name in Sanskrit is Shuniya Shunia. Shunia is a state of mind and consciousness in which the ego is zero or completely static. In "Zero Space", God takes you. You don't have to plunder or act. You don't have to do anything, as long as your hands are firmly inserted here, I will naturally contribute to you.

When we become "zero", all the strength will fill the whole body. Let go of all spiritual struggles, calm down spiritual fluctuations, and stop in "zero space". We become "zero" itself, a deep stillness. At this moment, we are nothing but emptiness, emptiness and infinity.

Living in such a zero space, we can experience complete presence, no thoughts, no thoughts and no desires, and live in the present without any fluctuation and interference of thoughts. When this moment really comes:

God will not respect you.

The devil cannot tempt you.

It is said that the highest state of human cultivation: enlightenment is in suspension, in a state of pause between breath and breath.

The pause between inhalation and exhalation is called breathing. Breathing, as the name implies, refers to temporarily hovering and breathing, emptying and expanding. At this point, the whole person is relaxed rather than tight.

There are two kinds of suspense.

One is inhalation hovering, which is called internal suspension.

The second type is hovering after exhaling, which is called overhanging.

Some yoga teachers are also used to holding their breath. Holding one's breath is not the same as holding one's breath. It's actually the same thing, but the translation words are different. The English name is: suspending the breath, which means to stop breathing, without exertion, just to stop.

This pause is a natural process, a state of zero, and everything stops. All operations stop there, the mind can't operate, and everything stays there.

To some extent, this method is a bit like a game we played when we were young, called Woodenhead. Have you ever played? The rule of the game is that friends sit together and shout out the password at the same time: we are all wooden heads, so don't talk or move. At the moment of shouting, everyone immediately stays still, no matter what posture, they must stay still. If a friend moves first, and can't help laughing or making a little gesture, then this person loses, so he has to accept the punishment of his friend, slap his palm, or scrape his nose and bounce his forehead.

You can imagine that at the moment of pause, everyone seemed to be enchanted by the Monkey King, the Great Sage of Monkey, and could not move after the pause. I hope this kind of imagination can help you understand the suspense of Kundalini yoga.

Antar Kumbhaka means to control your breath after inhaling and hold your breath. Generally speaking, inhale slowly first, and when the breath can't be inhaled, that is, when the breath stays, start to enter an inhalation control to maintain the power storage. Simply put, it is to suspend inhalation and maintain suction. Internal breathing can make the heart beat faster, stimulate sympathetic nerves, enhance life energy, let us know what to do next and find the answer to where to go.

Under the action of internal suspension to promote the internal pressure of qi and blood, you can gradually feel the slow flow of qi and blood, just like an unrestrained river. When the suspension time in the body is prolonged, your qi and blood can maintain lasting heat and vitality.

External pause is the apnea after exhalation, which will stimulate the parasympathetic nerve, slow down the blood flow, slow down the reaction, calm down and return to the inside.

Internal suspension and external suspension have different feelings at the subtle level of the body, and everything is being experienced.

Breathing exercises can control your thinking, breathing, mood and body.

Every time, when we are driven by the inertia mode and want to satisfy our own desires, we come back with awareness, take a deep breath, and then rest, so that our mind can stay in the present. After the rest, you will know where you should go, what you should do, whether you want to step forward into the big pit in front or into your desire.

Victor, a famous Austrian psychologist? Frank said: There is a space between stimulation and reaction. In that space, we have the power to choose to respond, and in our response, we have our growth and freedom.

After ten years of long exploration, I know for sure that I have found this space on the material level. Victor? Frank space exists in the "zero space" between inhalation and exhalation. In this space, stop firmly, stop here, settle down here, be with Tao and time. New forces will gather here and lead us to adjust and transform.

Let's practice together.

Special note: For safety reasons, students with heart disease or hypertension should not do hanging exercise.
