Disk C is generally a system disk. When it is full, the most direct reaction is that it runs slowly and is easy to crash. If both virtual memory and hard disk cache are located on disk C, once the space on disk C is insufficient, it will inevitably affect the use of some programs, which may lead to unresponsiveness or slow response of programs.

Drive C refers to one of the main partitions of computer hard disk, which is generally used for storing or installing systems. For a single operating system installed on the local hard disk, it is the default local system startup disk.

Most of the files on disk C are mainly composed of system folders such as DocumentsandSettings, Windows and ProgramFiles. ProgramFiles folder is generally the default location for installing software, and drive C is also the main attack location for viruses. Therefore, drive C should be closely protected and backed up when necessary to avoid serious failures and irreparable losses.
