Reflections on the teaching of "the first lesson at the beginning of school"
This week, I mainly give the first lesson to the second grade children. The content mainly includes three contents: routine requirements, reward and punishment measures, and scientists doing so.

1, general requirements. In the first class of this semester, the science class once again emphasized with the children the routine requirements before class (prepare science books and activity manuals, return to your seat before the bell rings, and the class representative will urge you), and during class (mainly don't make small moves, don't occupy a position at will, don't answer words, etc.). , answer questions loudly, raise your hand rules and other details, with the corresponding reward and punishment system) and after class. In the process of defining rules, I pay attention to let children say these rules themselves, which is conducive to the formation of class practices and children are more willing to abide by them.

2. Reward and punishment system. This semester, I reflected on the reward and punishment system of last semester, mainly the large group awards. This semester, we will adjust to the evaluation method of large group+individual, for example, students who answer questions and praise will be specially added with individuals, and the whole group will increase the group with good discipline performance. At present, in the trial, I hope this evaluation method can evaluate students more accurately.

3. Scientists do this. After forming an agreement with the students on class routine and reward and punishment system, I led the students to read aloud the content of "Scientists do this" in the textbook. By reading the history of compass development, children can initially understand the characteristics and evolution history of compass, and feel the exploration spirit of scientists' inventions and creations in history.

? In the course of several parallel classes this week, I am also constantly thinking that in such a class with the first class, children can be more involved and more active in class.
