You can't lose weight but gain weight.
Bananas can promote defecation, but they are completely cooked bananas. You can't eat too many bananas, it will make you constipated. The bananas we bought in ordinary supermarkets are all picked before they are fully ripe and sold to us when they turn yellow, which can't promote defecation.
If you want to eat fruit to lose weight, you might as well eat apples.
