Skeleton size This is the protruding bone (no muscle, basically no fat) that you can wrap your thumb and forefinger around the wrist of the other hand. If two fingers are less than one finger wide, then you are a big skeleton; If you can barely get together, it is a medium skeleton. If you can overlap one finger wide, it is a small skeleton.
