Plum chicken soup
1. Wash chicken legs, cut into pieces and drain water for later use.
2. Put sesame oil and ginger slices into a pot, stir-fry ginger slices with low fire,
After the taste of ginger slices comes out, put the chicken pieces into the pot and stir-fry them slightly.
3. Add rice wine ~ Stir-fry the chicken until it is half cooked, then add plum pulp and water (to drown the chicken).
4. After the water is boiled, add cabbage and carrots.
Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes, then add salt to taste and serve.
