If the returned card is a physical card of JD.COM E card, the physical card destruction certificate shall be provided according to the after-sale return rules.

If the card refunder can enjoy any discount or preferential treatment according to the accumulated card purchase amount of JD.COM E card, the card refunding amount will be deducted from the accumulated card purchase amount of E card.

The amount of card refund is returned to the original account paid when purchasing the original card.

The treatment period is 15~20 working days.
