That's not true. I am also a lazy person with no perseverance. It's always three minutes of heat, and every time I wake up, I feel complacent and have no action. Now I can stick to the 62-day day shift. Although this is not a particularly powerful thing, it has been a long-term persistence for me, which I could not achieve before. Night shift, for me, is not a painful thing, but a daily habit, an ordinary little thing to do every day.

This vicious circle of negative emotions will eventually lead you to give up in frustration.
Just like the goal I set for myself before, it is to run five kilometers three times a week. After less than a week, I really want to give up. Every time I resist running, I give myself various reasons: today the weather is so gloomy and the air quality is not good for running. I am very tired today. Let's take a day off. Finally, when I decided to give up, I was relieved.
How can we persist in doing one thing better? It is that every time I do it, I am happy and irresistible.
Try to lower your goals, don't give yourself too much ideological burden and invisible pressure, and keep a more cheerful and relaxed attitude to do it.
2. Small goals that can be accomplished every day
Set yourself simple, small and achievable goals and tasks that must be completed every day. How simple is it? It can be done at any time, and it only takes 1 minute or even a few seconds to complete.
Now I can keep exercising. Do you know what the goal I set for myself is? Just put on your tracksuit. Yes, I insist on changing my sportswear every day. Getting up in the morning and changing clothes is a must every day. In a sportswear, naturally want to go downstairs for a walk. It's easy to walk 500 meters from the beginning, and it's easy to walk 1 km and 2 km. Slowly, when I got used to it, I started jogging 500 meters, jogging 1000 meters, jogging 2000 meters ... slowly, I got used to going out to exercise every day. Exercise every day, and before you know it, the amount of exercise comes up. Better than not wanting to go out before.
3, with the help of external forces
Sometimes, it's easy to give up and stick to it on your own. It is also a good way to try to let others supervise themselves or each other with the help of external forces. For example, it is also a good way to join a punching team and insist on punching cards every day, supervising each other and encouraging each other. Seeing others insist, such an atmosphere is easier to mobilize your enthusiasm.
