Bed exercise is suitable for early patients with upper limb edema. Lie on your back on the bed, grab a rubber ball on the affected side with one hand, then lift your arm vertically, put it down, release the rubber ball, and repeat this action many times. If you feel uncomfortable when you straighten your arm, you can support your arm with several pillows.

You can make a simple small device, with the help of the shoulder pulley in the community and fitness square, the left and right hands alternately pull up and down, or you can use a rope on your door.
(3) Touching the height-this action is used to increase the extensibility of the shoulders.
The action adopts the way of hitting the wall. Starting from the standing position, facing the wall, the toes are one foot away from the wall, the elbows are flexed, the palms are attached to the wall side by side, and then the hands touch the wall from low to high, and they are attached to the wall as far as possible above the head until the wound is tight or painful. Mark the position of the highest point every time and check the progress. Step by step and persevere.
(4) back stretching-increase the flexibility of the arm, so that you can wear a bra.
Imitate the button on the bra: open your arms, hang the arm part under the elbow, and then slowly reach behind until the bra part.
(5) comb your hair.
You can practice in the hospital in the early days and at home every day. Lean your elbows on the dresser and keep your head straight. Just comb one side at first, and gradually increase to the whole head. Don't push too hard, but stick to it.
(6) arm rotation and swing
The healthy arm is placed on the armchair, the forehead is tilted, and the arm of the affected limb is relaxed and drooping, swinging forward from the shoulder. Turn to the back side in small circles, and gradually increase the scope and amplitude of the circle.
