2. The filter file should be placed in Photoshop, Photoshop\Plug-ins\ filter folder. Let's find this folder. Let's right-click the ps shortcut and select properties in the pop-up box.
3. Select the location to open the file in the Properties dialog box, and the location folder where Photoshop is stored will pop up.
4. Find the plug-in folder in this folder, and double-click to open it to enter the folder.
5. Open the filter folder we downloaded and copy the 64-bit filter file into the plug-in. If your system is 32-bit, copy another one.
6. Open our ps, create a new file, or open a photo, and then click the filter in the menu bar above to see that the filter we installed is already inside.
