Why is Luoyang Li Lou a forbidden development zone?
Luoyang Li Lou is rich in underground cultural relics and its development is limited, so it belongs to the forbidden development zone. Li Lou Town is located in the alluvial plain of the Ilo River in the southeast of Luoyang City, covering an area of 36 square kilometers. It governs 26 administrative villages with more than 60,000 people. It borders yanshi city in the east, Yibin District across the Yi River in the south, and the urban area in the north. There are two railways, Guangzhou-Zhuhai Expressway and Jiaozhi Railway, passing through the territory, with convenient transportation and superior location, which can be said to occupy a favorable geographical position. The alluvial plain of rivers makes Li Lou Town have a unique and fertile land. Li Lou Town has seized its unique advantages and vigorously developed vegetable cultivation, which has not only become a veritable vegetable basket in Luoyang City, but also a pollution-free vegetable production base in Henan Province. At present, Li Lou Town has initially formed a 10,000-mu agricultural agglomeration area led by eight agricultural parks, and the agricultural leisure tourism industry has begun to take shape.
