Interpretation of The King of Empowerment
Today, we will continue to study the third chapter of The Analects of Confucius, "Ye Gongchang". The son called his son a bitch: "A gentleman is like a man! If Lu has no gentleman, how can he take Si? "
First of all, I'd like to introduce Sudden Base. He is also a student of Confucius. His surname is Mi Fei, his name is Qi Qi, and his word is base.

Just an analogy. Who says Lu has no gentleman? If Lu didn't have a gentleman, how did he get this gentleman?

It can be seen from here that, firstly, Confucius gave a very high evaluation to the son base, but in the Analects of Confucius, there are not many people who can really be called gentlemen by him, which shows that he highly recognized the son base.
Confucius did not say that he was a gentleman, including Zi Gong, which will be discussed in the next chapter. Why? A gentleman is not a tool, but a tribute is Hu (h ú) Li m ? n (Li M4n). In the next chapter, we will talk about it in detail.

This sentence is not unreasonable, because Shandong belongs to us and is a country of culture.
The sage of Zhou Dynasty in China was Duke Zhou, a sage in Confucius' mind, and his fief was in Lu, so Lu was the place where the whole China culture was passed down. Shandong has always had a good reputation as a cultural power, including Confucius and Mencius, and many cultural celebrities were born in Shandong.

Because the history is too long and there are not enough records, we actually know very little about the child's story, but two things that happened to him proved his Excellence.
The first is a hint of constraints.
The monarch of Lu appointed Mi Zibei, an official in the imperial court, to manage the single father, which is now Shan County.
But Zijian was very upset, because many of his suggestions in the imperial court were destroyed by the villains around him. Now he is afraid that someone will vilify himself in front of the monarch when he leaves the imperial court, so he requests to bring two deputies, both of whom are lujun's cronies.
When he arrived at his single father, local officials visited his son's base. He asked his deputy to write a list of people he met, deliberately touched them when they were writing to make them write badly, and then reprimanded them for their messy writing. The two men were humiliated and went back to court to report the details to Lu Junlai. As a result, the king of Lu understood Zijian's intention and sent someone to tell Zijian that he had full power to govern his single father, and the court did not interfere.
From this story, can you see the wisdom of Ziji?
The second thing is that after his son became a single father, he played the piano all day, carefree, and seemed completely indifferent to politics.
However, to everyone's surprise, the area of single fathers slowly prospered, and after a few years, it became stable and prosperous. His predecessors and others were puzzled by this. What happened?
He explained that if you manage a single father by yourself and do everything yourself, you will not only be exhausted, but also make a mess.
And I mobilized everyone's strength and relied on everyone's strength to complete the governance, so as to be sparse and not leak, and easily grasp the overall situation.
Through these two stories, can we see that Zijian is a wise man and a saint? He has enough wisdom, morality and ability to govern the country well. In fact, Confucius' evaluation of gentlemen was not in vain.

Think about our place. Because everyone is here to give a speech, and everyone is very interested. Here we can learn from each other, learn from each other and confirm each other.
Naturally, as I said, we all have the potential to become super-speakers. We can all study the Analects of Confucius seriously, and we can all study the column "The Road to Wealth Freedom" written by Mr. Li Xiaolai, listen to the feedback, constantly output and input, input first for output, and then think. In this case, if we dare to speak out, we will get better and better.
In our super speaker, this is actually making friends. Huashan said that making friends is actually more important than reading, because friends are living examples.
Then I think, at least, it's as good as reading. Reading is our own quiet reading. We don't know how much we can absorb, and there is no feedback.
Making friends is different. Then we can exchange what we have learned and verify each other, so that we can correct the gains and losses and point out the mistakes.
Just like yesterday, I said I gained weight. So, our comrade-in-arms Liu Xiufeng specially called me to ask and guide me: Look, big brother, you have too much food oil here, and then the structure you eat at night is wrong. You can eat beef, but don't eat aspic.
Actually, I knew I should do this. The role of friends is obvious.
We want to read books when we see others reading, read books when we see others, watch speeches when we see others, run when we see others, and lose weight when we see others, all of which have a subtle influence on us.
Therefore, it is very important for a person to make progress in a good environment. Where does a good environment come from?
One is that we are lucky to be in such an environment. On the other hand, we should take the initiative to find such an environment and integrate into it.
Let's take the super speaker as an example. Now that you're here, this is the result of your active search. I seldom persuade you to come in one by one, but there is such a demand. Then the environment already exists when you come, and you should take the initiative to integrate into it.
Only by participating in the game and devoting yourself wholeheartedly can we have the deepest experience and make real progress, not simply being here.
The so-called learning is actually imitation.
Teachers and friends are the foundation of virtue. Choosing friends is the key to learning.
It is very important to find a good teacher, make good friends, study well and have a good moral character.
If you make friends with a group of gentlemen all day, you will certainly become a gentleman.
