Preparation of ingredients:
Shrimp, corn, cucumber, garlic and millet.
Exercise:
1 Empty sauce: two spoonfuls of soy sauce, one spoonful of oyster sauce, one spoonful of aged vinegar, one spoonful of sugar (preferably replaced by loose sugar), one spoonful of black pepper, half a spoonful of Chili noodles, garlic and millet, and two spoonfuls of water, and mix well.
2 Slice the cucumber and put it in a bowl. Cook the corn in boiling water, take it out and put it in a bowl. Add a spoonful of cooking wine to a cold water pot, cook it, take it out and put it in a bowl. Pour the sauce on it and stir well.
