There will be five departments under a store in Sam Member Store, and then there will be marketing department (responsible for group purchase), operation department (responsible for front desk customer service, security, personnel and finance), non-food department (including HBA: cosmetics care, paper towels, household appliances, household appliances), dry goods department and fresh food department (fresh food has four small departments).

Each department has a department manager, and the department head is at the next level.
