1. When the front foot is located between the middle of the board and the front bolt, the foot of the rear foot is located in the middle of the tail.
2. In order to get yourself and the board off the ground, please quickly press the tail of the hind foot down to the ground and make a pop-like action.
3. After the tail touches the ground, jump up immediately and slide the front foot from the middle of the board to the front. When the tail of the plane hits the ground, you will hear the trademark bang.
It is important that your front foot should be correctly placed on the sandpaper to prevent it from slipping off the board. Pop up the tail of the board, jump off with the front foot, and drag the board with smooth, coordinated and synchronous movements, so that you can get the correct Ollie movement.
If everything is all right, you should be in the middle of the jumping stage. Now, your board is hung by two slab bridges, so you can manage it yourself. At the highest point, you should be ready to land.
6. Try to put your feet on the bolts on the board and your body in the center of the board to keep balance. This can also prevent you from landing too much, cracking or damaging the surfboard.
7. Make sure that the knees are slightly bent to cushion the landing and keep the center of gravity balanced.
