First, neck exercise.
Efficacy: Simple neck exercise can stretch neck muscles, relieve neck stiffness and avoid neck injury caused by sudden yoga practice.
Number of repetitions: 3 times clockwise, then 3 times counterclockwise.
Step 1, take a simple sitting posture, put your hands on your knees, lower your head, keep your chin as close to your chest as possible, and stretch the muscles at the back of your neck.
Step two. Slowly turn your head to the right and stretch your left neck.
The third step, clockwise, the head slowly leans back and stretches the front muscles of the neck.
