Qinghuajiang in Aibo County, also known as Shangzhuang Ginger, is mainly produced in Qinghuajiang, Shangzhuang, Baishan Town in the north of Aibo County and Shanwangzhuang Town in Qinyang City. Jianghuai has been cultivated for over 600 years. Ginger rich in ancient Huai and Qingfu, spicy and silky, has the effects of cold resistance, stomach strengthening, sweating and disease elimination. It is recorded in Li Shizhen's Compendium of Materia Medica.
