Bring the water to a boil, add sago and cook for about 8 minutes on medium heat. When the sago is translucent and there is a small white spot in the center, remove the sago from the fire, pour it into cold water to cool, and then drain the water for later use.

Wash papaya, peel, remove seeds, cut into small pieces, and cook milk, papaya and rock sugar in a pot for about 2 minutes.
