What is TABATA training?
TABATA full name is TABATA interval training, which is a high-intensity interval training. The purpose is to use muscle groups as much as possible in exercise, to promote effective calorie consumption, and to improve the aerobic and anaerobic exercise ability of the body, so that the body can bear more and more exercise.

The standard action is: keep standing, feet slightly apart, knees slightly bent. Squat down, put your hands on the ground, jump back with your feet, let your body present a posture of supporting the ground, do push-ups, retract your legs after the push-ups, and then jump vertically.

Practitioners are required to complete the maximum intensity training within 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds, and do 8 groups in this cycle, with a total time of 4 minutes.

Tabata must fully warm up before training. It is suggested to spend 5~ 10 minutes jogging or other low-intensity exercise to make your body sweat slightly and avoid sports injury.
