The first is the adjustment of strategic structure.

First, pay attention to strategic planning, and clearly put forward that by accelerating structural adjustment and changing development mode, we should focus on building four pillar industries, namely, complete sets of new energy equipment, complete sets of electrical equipment, complete sets of vehicle equipment and complete sets of marine power equipment, and focus on cultivating core R&D, core manufacturing, core verification and core integration, so as to form the company's unique core competitiveness in the market environment and build a large enterprise group with an international operation system, and strive to achieve 300% of main business income in 20 12 years.

The third is the manufacture of complete sets of new energy equipment. According to the overall arrangement of developing strategic emerging industries in the State Council and the actual situation of Xiangdian, our development ideas are: giving priority to developing wind energy, focusing on developing nuclear energy and accelerating the development of solar energy. The main products are solar thermal power generation system, 20 kW small fan, 5 MW offshore direct-drive fan, asynchronous generator above 1.5 MW, permanent magnet generator above 1.5 MW, complete system integration above 2.5 MW, high-voltage inverter and soft switch of distributed energy supply system, direct-drive wind power generation inverter control system and wind power generator.

The fourth is the manufacture of complete sets of electrical equipment for large ships. The main products are 10 ~ 20 MW complete sets of new induction motor propulsion system, ZX motor for "big ship" project, high-power energy storage motor, permanent magnet pod propulsion motor and so on.
