Prepare the required ingredients, wash the soybeans and dry the surface moisture.
Stir-fried soybeans in a waterless and oilless pan. Stir fry over low heat. Stir-fry until the surface of soybeans cracks and smell the fragrance of soybeans. You can also taste one to see if it is ripe.
Add sugar and water to another pot and turn on a small fire.
Boil the water, evaporate the sugar, and then it will be slightly smaller after bubbling. Turn off the fire and stop for a minute.
Add the fried soybeans and start to stir fry.
At first, soybeans were stuck together, but they were separated when they were fried, and every small soybean was covered with sugar coating. Stir-fried sugar beans are finished.
Pour out the jelly beans and let them cool.
Cool, seal and store.
