In my impression, yoga belongs to a leisure fitness mode that is a little exclusive to women, and I participated in this sharing with curiosity. The teacher inside introduced the origin of yoga and the benefits of exercise, especially the benefits to the human spine, which moved me very much. My spine has been severely deformed because of long-term sitting posture, and I have no good solution. I consulted my teacher with a glimmer of hope. Because I haven't been in contact with a yoga teacher before, I suggest that I experience a yoga class offline now, and then decide whether to practice yoga after I have a real experience. This is the later yoga experience class.

Scientific research has proved that sitting and enjoying can improve our brain's metacognitive ability. The first link of yoga is sitting and enjoying, which can be combined with our habits.

Yoga is not exclusive to girls.

There are no boys practicing yoga around me, but through this experience class, I think yoga is also suitable for boys. Yoga shows the perfect combination of strength and flexibility. The seemingly effortless movements actually require considerable strength as support, and some movements are also difficult for boys to do. As we know, plate support is also a common action in yoga.

Yoga is really good for correcting body shape.

Whether a person's figure is good or not not not only affects the external impression you give others. For your own personal health, every movement of yoga can stretch your bones and muscles to the limit. Our daily body shape is deformed by watching mobile phones and bad standing and sitting posture, which threatens our health and longevity. For example, common low back pain and cervical pain are direct manifestations. By practicing yoga, these bad symptoms can be linked to a great extent.

The yoga teacher told me that any exercise needs long-term practice to see the effect. If you think that you can achieve your ideal goal in a few classes, it is impossible. Yoga, as a technical sport, also needs deliberate practice.

Problems to be solved at present:

Because I just started to contact yoga, I couldn't keep up with the teacher's rhythm when I did the action, and I forgot the rhythm of breathing when I did the action, because the action itself was already difficult. The simplest movements are great challenges for me.
