What to eat to lose weight?
Morning: an egg (no yolk), half a banana, a cup of skim milk and a piece of whole wheat bread.

Dinner; 20g of rice, a small piece of mashed garlic eggplant, 30g of cold noodles with one wing, and a cup of cucumber juice.

Breakfast; A piece of whole wheat bread, a small cup of wonton (seafood, there are five) and a short cucumber.

Unfortunately, I ate two whole grains and a cucumber. Ouch ... Who asked me to take the exam today? Lunch; 20g of rice, 30g of cold shredded tofu, 20g of cold Flammulina velutipes and 5 slices of cold beef.

Dinner; 20g of rice, cowpea, pepper, wax gourd and black pepper chicken (we put some Chili sauce ourselves) were given a cup of freshly squeezed carrot juice by the coach.

A whole day's nutritious meal in July 1 day;

Today, I took us out all day to improve our lives and ate very contentedly. Plus I find myself full as soon as I eat it)

Noon; 20g of rice, 5 slices of beef, 20g of cold broccoli and 20g of cold shredded potatoes.

At night; 20 grams of rice, 50 grams of roasted chicken legs, 30 grams of cold fungus and tremella, 20 grams of cold lettuce and a big peach.

A nutritious meal for the whole day on July 3;

In the morning; A whole wheat, a small bowl of milk, eggs, porridge, half a banana, and an egg without yolk.

Noon; I ate clear soup and boiled vegetables with my sister outside (no oil, no salt, some garlic and coriander, which is the worst hot pot I have ever eaten in my life)

At night; A large bowl of beef buckwheat noodles (with a little oil, four slices of beef, a la carte)
