Moreover, although it is slower to lose weight, the skin will not be loose, and a little meat will be tight. If you don't lose weight, you will look thinner. Eat less during exercise. If you start exercising at five o'clock in the evening and eat at three or four o'clock in the afternoon, you will not eat after exercise. Breakfast is eaten as usual as lunch. In this way, the body will gradually slim down and the face will be particularly good. Experts say that everyone should exercise at least once a week to sweat and detoxify.
