Vegetable: I won't take this as an example. Everybody knows that, right? Ha ha ha ~ ~

Staple food: flour, rice and coarse grains (upper right corner of the picture).

Flour and rice: white rice, steamed bread, noodles and steamed bread.

Coarse grains: purple potato, corn, oats, brown rice, etc.

Protein meat: beef, chicken, shrimp, fish and egg white (pork and duck are not from protein, so you can eat them occasionally). All animal meat should be peeled before eating.
