Grandpa Gu told me that the most important thing is to eat well, because food is the first thing for the people, and people are iron rice steel. Only by eating well can people have the energy to do other things and have good health.
As for getting stronger, I dare not pretend to say how strong I am, but at least when I insisted on exercising before, the effect was remarkable.
I remember when I was in the second semester of Senior Two, one day I decided to exercise every night because of an idea.
I remember going back to the dormitory after studying at night, chatting for a while, playing with my mobile phone for a while, starting to do push-ups and sit-ups, and sometimes doing some stretching exercises by punching and kicking.
I remember doing only 50 sit-ups and 10 push-ups on the first night, and then I lost my strength. Have a rest, kick your legs, shake your fists in bed, stretch your shoulders, and go to bed after a while. Later, I insisted every night that although exercise before going to bed is not good for sleep, it doesn't matter much as long as you rest and relax after exercise. If possible, I'd better exercise early.
The next night, I chose to do 70 sit-ups and 20 push-ups. Although I had a long break, at least I persisted.
Then it gradually increased on the third day and the fourth day, one hundred, one hundred and twenty, one hundred and fifty, two hundred. Finally, it is basically stable at 200 sit-ups and 50 push-ups every night. After finishing, stretch your shoulders and arms and massage your legs, which is very effective.
After just over a week of persistence, some of the original small fat on my stomach has disappeared. Although I don't have much fat, some people have fish lines and abdominal muscles looming.
Physical fitness has also become very good, and I have the strength to do anything. Because of regular exercise, I won't get sick or anything.
