I'm going to practice magic. ............
The first step is practice.

Originally, the purpose of practicing qigong was very clear, which was nothing more than keeping fit. It's just that over the years, the media have gone too far in promoting the special functions, which has led to a phenomenon that practicing Qigong seems to show the special functions. Coupled with the intentional misleading of some "Qigong masters", the purpose of practicing Qigong seriously deviated from the right direction, and pursued those extraordinary functions that could not be practiced ("* * * *" intensified its purpose of becoming immortal and Buddha, and finally directed a tragedy). On the surface, it seems that the goal is lofty and does not conform to the rules of qigong cultivation. Practicing qigong requires relaxation and quietness first. The so-called "intentional practice, unintentional success." However, with a goal, you will be impetuous, and you can't even relax and calm for a moment. Is there any special function to talk about? Therefore, when we start studying, we must lower our goals, achieve the goal of "eliminating diseases" first, and then take it slowly and step by step. In fact, the best attitude to practice Qigong is to have no goal, no pursuit, forget your illness and forget everything ... According to the Prajna Paramita Heart Sutra, the best state to practice Qigong is colorless, thoughtless, deaf, lifeless, silent, odorless, ignored and even unconscious. Therefore, the first lesson in learning Qigong is to be broad-minded, indifferent to fame and fortune, not greedy and lustless, and cultivate one's mind and nature. As the saying goes, "Rest assured is Buddhism and Taoism", which is the most important first step of Qigong: "adjusting the heart". Whether it is successful or not, others can't help, only the yogi himself. But remember: the avenue is natural. Don't want to come at all. ...

The second step is the training method.

There are many schools of Qigong in the world, and the techniques are varied, which often make scholars feel at a loss. In fact, as far as the practice methods are concerned, they are nothing more than "dynamic and static". Among the skills of beginners, "self-starting skill" is the first, and there is no intentional external action in "self-starting skill", so that beginners will not be distracted by memorizing the movements of limbs and affect peace. On the contrary, the better the effect of relaxation meditation, the easier it is to have "spontaneous exercise". Because the relaxation of body and mind will make the internal qi run more smoothly, the phenomenon of qi rushing into focus will appear in a short time, which has a special effect on dredging meridians and eliminating diseases. It will also make practitioners have a rational understanding of Qigong because of the reaction of Qigong touching each other, enhance their confidence in practicing Qigong, and will not be abandoned because they have not felt for a long time (this is a major difficulty for Qigong practitioners in ancient and modern times). However, "self-starting exercise" is dangerous to some extent. Due to the different physical conditions, the reaction of the air impact focus is also light and heavy. Without the guidance of a qigong master with rich experience and knowledge of Chinese and western medicine, individuals should not practice. While practicing "self-starting work", we should also practice "static work", and the combination of static and dynamic can play a calming role. Too much practice of "starting from the beginning" will not lead to excessive yang and rising hot air. In serious cases, the so-called "getting angry" phenomenon in Qigong will occur, which must be paid attention to. In addition, people with mental illness and serious psychological disorders are also not suitable for practicing. This kind of person's mental state is abnormal. If you don't do well after practicing, it will aggravate your illness and appear the so-called "possession" phenomenon in Qigong. Therefore, it is completely nonsense to say that practicing qi can cure all diseases, and there is no scientific reason. As for the practice method of static kung fu, there is no physical movement. When practicing kung fu, you don't need to intentionally tie any handprints, nor do you need to play any double discs. As long as you relax and calm down, you can enter the best qigong state. Beginners don't need to do "pranayama", just breathe naturally to avoid the influence of shortness of breath and intentional adjustment of breathing. In short, beginners don't need to "adjust their body" or "adjust their breath" deliberately, and letting nature take its course is the highest realm of practice. ...

The third step qigong principle

I have completed "adjusting my heart", "adjusting my body" and "adjusting my breath" and learned how to practice. Another key point is to be sensible and understand the scientific truth of Qigong. Unfortunately, there have been different opinions on the interpretation of Qigong since ancient times, and there is no conclusion so far. Learners will be at a loss again. In fact, the truth of qigong science can be explained clearly as long as it is combined with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine. The function of practicing Qigong is to absorb natural "Qi" to supplement and adjust one's internal Qi, so as to achieve the purpose of calming down Yin and Yang, enriching vitality, dredging meridians, eliminating diseases and strengthening the body. The purpose required by Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine treatment is exactly the same. It can be seen that it is self-evident why practicing Qigong can dispel diseases and strengthen the body, and learning Chinese medicine is enough. It is important for learners to understand: Why can practicing Qigong absorb the "Qi" of nature? What kind of substance is "Qi" in nature? Why do people need this kind of "qi" to maintain life? Is it really "if you get angry, you will live, but if you get angry, you will die"? This seems to be an eternal problem, but the basic concept of TCM theory is this intangible "qi", which shows that "qi" is a real substance, and we can't determine the nature of this "qi" yet, but it seems not difficult to draw a conclusion about its function, origin and movement law first. According to Zhang Huimin's research results on China's traditional culture, it is believed that "Qi" is an innate thing in nature, and its movement law is a positive and negative spiral. The movement law of "Qi" restricts the macroscopic world from the planet to the universe, and the microscopic world from molecules, atoms, microorganisms and ultrafine particles is moving endlessly according to the movement law of positive and negative spirals. Therefore, "Qi" is closely related to all substances in nature, and so is man. There is also "Qi" in human body, which runs according to the law of positive and negative spiral, affecting important life-sustaining elements such as body fluids, blood and protein, and affecting the health of the body. Therefore, "Qi" is closely related to human life. Then, let's discuss why practicing qigong can absorb the "qi" of nature. We know that the first condition for practicing Qigong is relaxation, which requires not only physical relaxation, but also mental relaxation. It is in the state of relaxation of body and mind that the movement of qi in meridians is in harmony with the movement of nature. The higher the degree of relaxation, the higher the degree of harmony, the higher the frequency of synchronous vibration, and the more gas absorbed. (See Zhang Huimin's book Cosmic Spiral Field Effect for details. If you are savvy, you should know something about the scientific theory of Qigong by now. The so-called "epiphany" and "enlightenment" of the ancients are actually these "principles of the avenue". After "enlightenment", the process of practice often advances by leaps and bounds, because the effect of practice is not proportional to the time of practice, but has a great relationship with the quality of practice. After "enlightenment", the degree of relaxation is very high and the speed is very fast. Just like eating and dressing. Therefore, a normal mind is the Tao. And "enlightenment" is understanding. Dear friends, please close your eyes and think quietly when you see this. ...

The fourth step is the working state reaction.

If a scholar can "realize the Tao", it means that he has overcome another major difficulty. Then in a short time (a few days or dozens of days is possible), there will often be a working state reaction that stubborn people have not seen for more than ten years or decades. First, there are eight-touch (also divided into sixteen-touch) reactions, which are cold, warm, itchy, numb, light, heavy, astringent and slippery. These reactions are actually adjusting the internal organs of practitioners. Everyone's physical condition is different and their reactions are different. Practitioners with psychological barriers sometimes have emotional reactions such as crying and laughing. This kind of people can also have therapeutic effect by practicing Qigong properly, because practicing Qigong focuses on practicing the mind, and only peace of mind can be peaceful. Through practice, the internal qi is adjusted, the yin and yang are balanced, and the mood will calm down. After the eight-touch reaction, some people will have hallucinations, that is, they feel the shadows of Buddhism, demons and people when practicing. This reaction is actually the release of human consciousness when relaxing into silence. Usually people often see and hear these contents from movies, TV, books and orally, unconsciously stay in memory and release them during practice. Therefore, we must regard it as an illusion, and it is the right way to ignore it without being surprised or unhappy. As the ancients said, Buddha can kill people, and so can demons. However, if you don't respond, you can't lose heart. You have to go back and find out why, especially how your mental state has been adjusted. This is the key. You can't pursue it either. Pursuit, there will be a kind of persistence. You can't relax if you persist. With these reactions, your practice can be said to have some effects, and then, some people will have the phenomenon of "being angry for a week." The so-called "qi over the Sunday" is the process of gathering a certain amount of "internal qi" in Xiadantian through cultivation, and "internal qi" opens up the big and small sundays along the meridians. Generally speaking, Yitong is disease-free, regardless of size. But this is not easy to do, remember not to pursue it. Moreover, getting through the big and small Sundays does not mean that it will be done once and for all. If you don't keep practicing, you will still be blocked and the disease will come back to you. Therefore, if you want to keep healthy forever, you must practice for a long time and never stop.

The fifth step is to practice health.

It is not easy to spend sundays, but it is an excellent way to keep healthy and eliminate diseases through practice. The ancients knew the way of keeping in good health, and recorded the method of keeping in good health at four seasons in Huangdi Neijing, a classic of Chinese medicine. To sum up, it seems to be a way to teach people to integrate with nature, which is the same as practicing Qigong and collecting the aura of heaven and earth. Unfortunately, people's living conditions have improved now. They live in reinforced concrete houses, enjoy warm air conditioning in winter and cool air conditioning in summer, have little activity and have free medical care. Whether psychologically or physically, I have a weak demand for my disease resistance. In addition, I don't understand the principle of holistic medical care in traditional Chinese medicine and the importance of preventive medicine. I don't understand the connotation of "treating diseases and saving lives, focusing on treating the heart". Constantly rushing about for work, life and family, suffering from all kinds of troubles, troubles and excitement, so many people are sick and incurable. In fact, if you learn the method of practicing health, you can not only practice health, but also cultivate your mind, resolve the physical and mental harm caused by work, life and family with a calm mind and keep a peaceful mind. This is the best way to keep healthy.

I often hear some practitioners say: I practice Qigong very well, why can't I improve my skills? Will this disease disappear?

I said: maybe you are really relaxed and practice well within a few hours every day, but what about you outside the practice time? Do you have any worries, worries and excitement? Have you forgotten the heart of fame and fortune?

They also said: So, for health, progress and struggle are unnecessary? How does society progress?

I said: this is not contradictory. Progress and struggle are the driving forces to promote human development and should be strongly advocated. Just make progress and struggle, don't overwork, overwork will hurt your health. For the result of the struggle, we should have a correct attitude towards victory and failure, not too excited about victory and too sad about failure. This is the normal mind. "Normal mind is the Tao." ...

In fact, the first thing to practice is to practice your mind.

Step 6: Sexual desire

Many people think that practicing martial arts and starting a family are contradictory, and they should become monks and practice martial arts. I want to ask you, what are you practicing kung fu for? I think: if you can keep healthy, you can achieve the purpose of practicing martial arts. Why pursue such unattainable things? However, practicing Qigong well seems to be closely related to abstinence, and marriage and abstinence seem to be a pair of contradictions. What should I do? According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, secular desires can cause diseases, and conversely, the imbalance of yin and yang in the internal organs can also cause emotional changes. For example, if the heart is insufficient, it will be sad, but the heart is actually happy; Lack of liver qi leads to fear, while liver qi actually leads to anger; Then, if you practice well and balance the yin and yang in your body, your mood will become peaceful and your desire will become weak accordingly. The so-called "no water, no waves" means this. In addition, a well-trained person often feels a little uncomfortable because of lack of internal qi and bad luck after sexual intercourse, and it takes some time to recover, so he is also resistant in his heart, because the feeling of lightness is the most comfortable in the world and a kind of enjoyment that others can't understand. How can all desires such as sexual desire and appetite be compared with it? Therefore, this is a natural reaction in a specific realm, without any reluctance. It seems to be the same sentence: "The avenue is natural." However, this state can never be achieved without kindness. Being dominated by greed all day, how to relax? Not to mention the rest.

Dandao kungfu

If you want to practice Dandao Kung Fu, you must finish all the above homework, and it is best to survive the big and small Sundays, and you have mastered the defense of Dantian before you can try to learn and practice. In the early stage of Dan Dao Kung Fu, static Kung Fu was the main method, and sitting on the plate was the best. There is a shiny pill in the abdomen, and the color of the pill is different, so it is not necessary to insist on consistency. With the deepening of practice, when the vital signs are hot and the kidneys are fried, there will be a feeling of "producing medicine". At this time, we should pay attention to the change of the size and color of Neidan, collect the internal gas into Neidan as far as possible, and pay attention to maintenance, so as to stop worldly desires and lay a good foundation for stopping sexual intercourse for a hundred days. Otherwise, all previous efforts will be in vain. So I have always thought that there are many inconveniences in today's alchemy, so why bother to drill this dead end? Well, even if someone can complete these harsh conditions, it will be necessary to take a flight of stairs, which is Dan Dao Zhou Tian Kung Fu. Of course, it is not mandatory to obtain the Dandao achievement method on Sunday. If you want to collect medicine and nourish Dan with your heart, you'd better refer to the method of Taoist Inner Dan, "Help the cauldron and produce big medicine". It may take several years to practice Tong Dan Dao on Sunday. There used to be a feeling that when I could breathe on Sunday, my internal organs were as uncomfortable as a knife, so now I can survive Dan Dao and Sunday. This is no joke, it's really dangerous, so it's best to have a highly skilled person to protect your law on Sunday. If someone is really practicing here, don't underestimate it and come straight to the point! There is no opportunistic method in Dan Dao Kung Fu. Some people say that it is nonsense to plant Dan for others. Don't take it seriously We must know that there is such a law of qi, "dispersion leads to qi, and gathering leads to success." Therefore, Neidan has accumulated gas for a long time, and others can't help him. Sometimes simple "special functions", such as "body feeling" and "remote sensing", will appear unintentionally during the alchemy, but they are very unstable. If you deliberately step up your practice, you may really be able to skillfully use it, but the progress of kung fu will be hindered, which involves a problem of "greed" ... please think for yourself ... and remember this sentence: "All magical powers are insignificant, only emptiness."
