(1) Life should be regular: patients are weak after discharge, so they should pay attention to rest, don't watch TV, play and work too much, ensure adequate sleep and maintain proper temperature and humidity. Family members and outsiders should not smoke in the patient's bedroom. In order to keep the air fresh, they can open the window for half an hour every morning to keep warm, which should not be too long. If you take a bath unconditionally, you can scrub with warm water to keep your skin clean. Within 3 months after discharge, it is not advisable to go to public places to prevent infection. For heavier patients, it is best to prepare oxygen bags and cylinders at home and use them when necessary.
(2) Pay attention to food hygiene: patients should pay attention to supplementary nutrition after discharge. Generally, there are no special taboos, but you should eat nutritious and digestible foods, such as lean meat, fish, eggs, fruits and seasonal vegetables. Generally, patients do not need to limit the amount of salt. Patients complicated with malformation, low cardiac function and persistent congestive heart failure after operation should strictly control the intake of salt, which should be controlled at 4-8 grams per day for adults and 2-4 grams for children, and given digestible soft food, such as chaos, noodles and porridge.
Patients should eat less and eat more, not too much, not to overeat, so as not to increase the burden on the heart. The diet should be fresh and hygienic to prevent diarrhea from aggravating the condition. Children should control snacks and drinks, and don't eat unclean, expired or snacks containing more pigments and additives.
