I have lost 16 kg in the last two months, but I basically don't eat starch [some people feel unhealthy, but personally feel fine, so I study medicine myself]. My daily diet is mainly cold meat, vegetables and yogurt.
Meat mainly includes: sashimi, western-style ham [the kind that can be eaten directly, not the kind with starch], eggs [cooked and cold, but I didn't remove the yolk when eating, so I eat up to five a day, hehe], and sometimes I eat shrimp [that is, the big frozen shrimp meat, which is also cooked and cold].
Vegetables are mainly: cucumber, broccoli and lettuce. Most of the time I make my own salad.
There is a delicious salad: cucumber+a vegetable+mango+cold meat [all of the above can be said], mustard sauce and low-fat salad dressing [don't use thousand island sauce, or just use a mustard salad dressing], which is super delicious! This is the most I ate during my weight loss!
As long as you can insist on basically not eating starch, low fat does not need to be deliberately emphasized, and eating cold food will have a good effect. If you just go on a diet and don't quit starch, the effect will not be obvious [because it has been tried before]. You must change your diet [you can't lose weight because you can't be absolutely healthy]. Our body is very adaptable, and we will be able to adjust ourselves to maintain the status quo in the short term, so you must change your diet structure appropriately. In fact, pure meat and vegetables and fruits can provide enough energy as long as they are eaten enough. You can look at the diets in Jennifer Aniston and Hu Xinger. The principle is the same, but their recipes are more demanding. I practiced this kind of eating by myself, because I studied medicine and didn't want to be unhealthy. Anyway, the effect is very good now, so stick to it!
If you exercise, you didn't exercise much at the beginning of this weight loss, because you were afraid that you wouldn't eat too much starch and your blood sugar would drop if you exercised too hard. However, I felt very comfortable in the later stage, and began to add some exercise when I was almost as thin as 10 kg [because my weight didn't change for more than 10 days at that time, it seemed to be in a platform period]. Plus I lost 6 pounds after exercise, mainly swimming. Eating after exercise will make me lose my appetite.
I advise you not to consider sit-ups. Many of our classmates have tried it, and it's useless. I have been jogging for three months [but I don't have a special diet, 40 minutes a day], and my weight has not changed at all. They say I'm a little strong. I haven't tried skating, and I feel more troublesome. There is a kind of exercise that is super effective, that is, walking fast for 90 minutes [time must be in place], which is very fast, but it is a little breathless to speak. Keep walking, and dad's super fat will be reduced. I tried it for 3 days by myself, hehe, I feel that my whole body is exercising evenly and everywhere, but my thighs are not very sour, which is too time-consuming.
