Method for prevent facial muscle sagging

1. Gently press the temporal muscle with your fingertips (don't slide) and do muscle rotation;

2. Massage your cheeks, and circle with your fingers from the inside out and from the bottom up, accompanied by the pull-ups of your fingers;

3. Put the index finger of both hands on the big bone behind the ear and gently hold up the cheek with the middle finger from bottom to top;

4. Put the forefinger of both hands on the big bone behind the ear, the middle finger in the ear fossa, and the rest of the fingers are attached to the cheek together with the palm. Slowly tilt your head to the right, gently push your cheek up with your left hand, then slowly turn your head to your chest, then raise your head, then tilt your head as far as possible behind your right shoulder for a few seconds, then return to your original position and relax.
