Article 23 of the Regulations stipulates that "if the only child is basically disabled or dies due to accidental disability, and his parents no longer give birth or adopt children, if the woman is over 55 years old and the man is over 60 years old, the district or county people's government will give each person a one-time economic subsidy of not less than 5,000 yuan".

(1) Acceptance conditions:

1. The parents of the only child receive the certificate of honor, the valid certificate of disability or death of the child and the certificate of both units (if there is no unit, the certificate shall be issued by the village or neighborhood Committee where the household registration is located).

2. The standard of "the only child is basically disabled due to accidental disability" shall be implemented according to the second item of "Examination and Approval Standard for the Disabled Application for the Second Child of Rural Couples in Outer Suburbs of Beijing" attached by Beijing Family Planning Commission and Beijing Municipal Health Bureau, and shall be examined by hospitals designated by cities, districts (counties) as stipulated by Beijing Family Planning Commission and Beijing Municipal Health Bureau.

(2) Distribution method:

1. The mother of the only child is 55 years old and the father of the only child is 60 years old.

However, if you have enjoyed a one-time reward (or subsidy) with a pension plus 5% or in line with the family planning incentive policy, and no longer have a household registration in this city, you will no longer be awarded a bonus to the one-child parents.

Reward method: from June 65438+1 October12008, you can enjoy the one-child parents' bonus issued by the government every month, with the standard of 150 yuan per person per month. Bonus is not included in the family income of the reward object, and does not affect its enjoyment of the minimum living allowance.
