Female models lose weight by dieting, exercise and massage. Traditional slimming methods are often the most effective, so don't take risks on the bizarre methods that are popular now.
I believe that exercise is the most reliable way to lose weight. I still insist on exercising, such as riding a spinning bike (available in the gym, which can exercise and modify the body curve), and now I am practicing high-temperature yoga, which can make my body tense.
Aromatherapy massage is also a good way to reduce fat, and it is more targeted. You can massage the abdomen and thighs that are hard to lose, eliminate excess fat and enjoy it.
These are all methods that I have personally experienced and feel are really effective and safe.
