Seven-day fasting and detoxification recipe
Diet for 3 days: Day 65438 +0-3 days.
Get up: coarse salt 1 spoon+half lemon +250 ml warm water.

Fast food and detox recipes
1, fruit and vegetable juice (2 cups)
Materials:
Appropriate amount of spinach leaves (or other leaves), 2 fragrant cokes, mango 1 piece, and 2 cups of filtered water.
Exercise:
1. Put all the materials into a blender and mix until uniform.
2. Dandan Noodles (4 persons)
Materials:
Noodles (2 zucchini and 65438 carrots +0/4)
