Use Meitu Xiu Xiu APP and use the photo editing function that comes with your mobile phone.

1. Open Meitu Xiu Xiu APP, import the picture to be stretched, and then select the correction function in the editing options to partially stretch by dragging the scroll bar.

2. Find the photos to be stretched in the album, click the edit option, then select the correction or stretching function, and adjust the slider as needed to achieve the stretching effect.
